Shipping

Solwerk offers complimentary shipping on all orders via ground delivery through USPS or UPS. You can expect your order to be delivered in 2-8 business days after it is shipped.

Orders placed by 3:00 CST will be processed and shipped that same day Monday through Friday, non-Holidays. Any order placed after 3:00 CST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a follow-up email with a tracking number once your order is processed and shipped.

In addition to Solwerk’s complimentary shipping, customers may choose an expedited service at checkout. Expedited rates are provided by the shipping companies through our domain host and contain a 25% convenience up-charge from Solwerk.

Please note that all expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 CST during business days. 

Solwerk will accept orders placed only within the United States in US dollars, and Solwerk will only ship within the United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers may exchange or return any unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit toward future purchases. Only unused items in their original packaging will be eligible for an exchange or refund. To start an exchange or return, please email with the subject line: Exchange/Return. Please give a brief description in the email for your exchange or return reason. You will then be given detailed instructions on how to successfully complete your exchange or return.
