Nice looking shoes. Very narrow. I’ve always worn size 10.5, but I had to exchange multiple times (wasn’t elegible for a refund due to purchasing at sale price) all the way up to a size 12 (way too long) before they weren’t squeezing my feet. No customer service phone number, only email, which was a bit frustrating. Also, not a fan of the reflective strip on the heel. Can’t really fathom the purpose of that for a dress shoe
