Returns and Exchanges

Free & Easy Returns and Exchanges within 30 Days of Purchase.

Customers may exchange or return any unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or credit toward future purchases. Only unused items in their original packaging will be eligible for an exchange or refund. To start an exchange or return, please email with the subject line: Exchange/Return. Please give a brief description in the email for your exchange or return reason.

1. Log onto solwerk.com, click on your order and follow the prompts to obtain a return authorization and complimentary return label, which will be emailed to you.
2. Pack the shoes securely in the original box.
3. Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the shipping carton.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS carrier.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed after confirmation.
