It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-6 business days to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges
At Solwerk, we blend innovative design with expert craftsmanship to create premium footwear. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To receive a full refund or exchange, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging. “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or exchange. Solwerk reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Not quite right? No problem. Unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
To start, email us at info@solwerk.com with the subject line "Exchange/Return" and a brief reason for your request.
Once we receive and confirm your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
